You'll be working on-site across preschool, elementary, and middle school settings in the vibrant San Juan Capistrano area. Each SLP will manage an average caseload of approximately 55 students, providing vital services while covering leave-of-absence positions. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active and valid CA SLP license
• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt communication strategies to various age groups (preschool, elementary, and middle school students)
• Strong collaboration skills with staff, teachers, parents, and administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver therapy sessions to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
• Maintain accurate and timely student records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Engage and communicate effectively with families, fostering involvement in student growth
