Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be directly involved in the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify mental health issues, leading to tailored treatment plans that incorporate best practices and innovative, solution-focused interventions.

• Offer a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adjusting techniques to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.

• Maintain detailed and timely clinical records while ensuring strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and relevant ethical standards, so that your documentation reflects the highest level of professionalism.

• Engage in seamless collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care providers to ensure cohesive and effective care for patients.

• Participate in consistent case consultations and peer review meetings to not only improve your own practice but also to contribute to the enhancement of care across the clinic.

• Educate and support clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment, incorporating this knowledge into practice to continuously improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse array of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. You will assist clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders, creating a safe space for healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in social work principles.

• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Texas, which signifies your full qualification to provide clinical services.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services that showcase your commitment to excellence in care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
