Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' psychological, emotional, and relational needs to develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address their specific challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions over telemedicine platforms, utilizing professional and empathetic communication skills to engage clients.

• Employ therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to help clients process feelings related to anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and more.

• Encourage clients and their families to identify and overcome destructive patterns of behavior, fostering their ability to confront personal problems constructively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, with an active LMFT license to practice.

• At least three years of professional experience, including a minimum of one year in the last 36 months specifically as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
