Executive Assistant The Early Learning Coalition of Northwest Florida is looking for a candidate that has a can-do-attitude, is tenacious, energetic, hardworking, innovative, resourceful, and creative to join its Administrative Support Team.

Our compensation package includes the following options (these details are for information purposes and are subject to any policy or plan changes):

Essential Duties and Qualifications:
- Provide administrative support for the Executive Director (ED), Administrative Director (AD), and/or designee.
- Coordinate and manage various administrative tasks for the ED including scheduling, expense reconciliation, travel arrangements and internal/external correspondence, as requested.
- Develop and distribute a variety of documents, including correspondence, reports, etc.
- Schedule and attend meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, track and manage any follow-up items and communications, as requested by ED.
- Assist the ED and Administrative Director (AD) with corporate official functions, special events and projects, both internal and external as required.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and teleconferences.
- Manage routine tasks and administrative functions on a day-to-day basis;
- Other duties as assigned by ED.
- Associate's degree in office management, business management, or communications or other related field with two (2) or more years prior executive level experience, including report to executive level management or
- High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of five (5) years' experience prior executive level experience, including reporting to executive level management
- Two years of experience working in the grant-funded nonprofit sector
- Certification or experience in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Teams and SharePoint
- Level II Background Check
- Drug Screen
- Valid Florida Driver License
- Valid Automobile Insurance - if applicable
- Access to Reliable Transportation - if applicable
- E-Verify
- High Speed Internet Access that can be maintained daily, with at least 50Mbps when working in a secure home location.
