As a Clinical Manager you will lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations that improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. Qualifications Here’s what you need: Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients Minimum of 5 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications Clinical background (RN, MD, PA) or significant experience working with clinical leaders Experience with prior authorization, or throughput optimization Exposure to EHR‑enabled workflow redesign (e.g., Epic, Cerner) Ability to translate clinical strategy into operational execution About Accenture We work with one shared purpose: to deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity.
