Fund Accountant

Senior Fund Accountant Opportunity to join an established, but growing organization High visibility role Real estate investment company Job Description Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Oversee fund accounting processes, including reconciliations and reporting. Analyze and interpret financial data to support decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for fund performance. Provide support during audits and liaise with external auditors as needed. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Strong understanding of fund accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
