Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting video-based mental health assessments and therapy sessions, maintaining ethical standards and compassion for clients

• Employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique situation

• Creating individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and therapeutic needs

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults presenting with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology

• A valid, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following:\n

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  \n
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No disciplinary actions or limited/provisional licenses

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and an empathetic nature, allowing you to build rapport with clients

• Strong computer literacy, enabling effective use of our telehealth platform and documentation systems

Preferred Experience\n
