Clinician (LMSW/ LCSW) - Residential Youth Program

Montfort Therapeutic Residence is seeking an energetic, positive, service-oriented LMSW or LCSW to work in our non-secure group home setting with youth, ages 12 - 21, who are involved in the Family Court/ Juvenile Justice system. This position provides a great opportunity to positively impact and influence the life of adolescents by providing clinical and emotional support. Montfort Therapeutic Residence provides a positive, healthy living situation in which young people who may have experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect can thrive and grow. Work as part of a dedicated team to make a difference in a child’s life. We are looking for a Clinician to join our team and provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice, including experience with individual, family, and group therapy, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the treatment team. Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based clinical services to individuals and groups. Assess and diagnose mental health issues. Develop treatment plans and provide individualized therapy. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best care for clients. Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention services as needed. Flexible Schedule. Wednesday's required. Approximately 7-10 hours weekly. Clinical Supervision provided.
