Business Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Manager who thrives in a luxury, high-volume dealership environment . The ideal candidate is confident under pressure, embraces technology, communicates with professionalism, and is committed to delivering a first-class customer experience while maximizing every opportunity with integrity. Qualifications Previous Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) or Business Manager experience is REQUIRED. Experience using CDK DMS and Dealertrack is REQUIRED. Must be comfortable delivering finance presentations and completing transactions for both in-state and out-of-state customers while ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations. Luxury automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred. Experience working in a high-volume dealership environment is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of finance, leasing, lender programs, compliance, and dealership operations. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and leverage dealership software, digital contracting platforms, and emerging technology. Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple deals, competing priorities, and funding deadlines. Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. A customer‑first mindset with a passion for delivering a premium ownership experience.
