Key Responsibilities\nIn your role as an LCSW, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately evaluate patient needs, strengths, and challenges. \n

- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to assist clients in achieving their treatment goals. \n
- Maintain up-to-date and precise clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and organizational policies. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and peer support specialists, to ensure coordinated care for patients. \n
- Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance the quality of care provided. \n
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies, promoting self-efficacy and informed decision-making. \n
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to enhance clinical effectiveness. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. \n
- A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Nevada. \n
