Requirements:

• Indirect patient care activities
• Care coordination & patient navigation
• Customer service & patient experience

Position Qualifications:

• Current NJ licensure as RN required.
• ACLS certification required.
• IV (e.g. CNRI) or Chemotherapy (e.g. ONS) certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of infusion nursing experience required. For PD Roles minimum 2 years of Med-Surge experience
• Experience administering transfusions; specialty infusions required; chemotherapy experience strongly preferred.
• Strong skills in IV access including implanted central venous access devices (Portacath), PICC lines.
• Experience with patient education and care coordination.
• Excellent organizational, communication, interdisciplinary teamwork and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small-team environment.
• Schedule flexibility required (including extended hours as needed).

Education:

• BSN required

Salary commensurate with experience within posted range: $48.82 - $69.09 per hour | Differentials: 10% Evening / 12% Nights / $2.25 per hour weekend
