Custodian (Part-time, Nights, Flexible)

Under moderate supervision performs janitorial duties that involve cleaning and sanitizing the building and maintenance of its grounds. Work may involve a variety of physical demands.

Position will require working at our McClellan location after normal business hours. You set your hours! Complete the estimated 4 hours of work anytime between 5pm and 9am Monday to Thursday, with your choice of the weekend cleaning done on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday! You can even change your working hours each night and change your weekend cleaning day each week to accommodate your life schedule. 

Primary Responsibilities

• General cleaning and light maintenance 
• Outdoor labor, including shoveling, grounds keeping, window cleaning etc. 
• Maintaining stock of cleaning supplies
• Closing and securing all rooms and building daily
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor pertaining to maintenance of the building or grounds

Minimum Requirements

• Use a step ladder 
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions 
• Ability to perform daily tasks with no to moderate supervision
• Must be a motivated self-starter

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience preferred but not required
