Weekly Pay $2058 - $2258 Shift Shift 8 Hour Day Shifts Per Week 5 Scheduled Hours 40 Start Date 06/15/2026 End Date 09/19/2026 Duration 13 Week(s) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Assessing Therapist Schedule Days, 8 hours M-F; times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with the Director of Rehabilitation (DOR). Job Description The role will involve serving as an assessing therapist with a lighter case load while taking on some DOR responsibilities. The position includes attending morning meetings, facility meetings, and managing the schedule. Responsibilities Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA). Oversee and ensure compliance with Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) processes. Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients. Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure 1 year of SLP experience - Required Experience in a leadership role within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC) rehab setting - Required Knowledge of PDPM - Required New graduates will not be considered for this position.
