Job Description
Job Description HR Manager LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an HR Manager for our client located in the Tacoma area. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity. This will be a robust position overseeing all HR functions for our client's Human Resources department including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Performance Management and Leadership Development. Our client is seeking an individual who is collaborative, innovative, and efficient with proven ability to lead and grow an effective HR division. This individual must be people-oriented and have strong knowledge of WA HR policies and procedures. Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a similar field
- Minimum 5 years in an HR management position
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification strongly desired
- Proven ability to lead HR operations in an effective and empathetic manner
- Can work well with a wide array of individuals and show compassion while maintaining professional boundaries
- Ability to work well independently and strategically innovate workflows and processes
