We are looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing periodontal office!

• Comfortable with third-party financing — experience presenting and coordinating financing options is strongly preferred.
• A strong communicator — you can explain complex treatment and financial information clearly and confidently.
• A team player — you understand that great patient care requires collaboration and communication across the entire team.

???? What You'll Do

As our Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in helping patients move from diagnosis to treatment . You will:

• Coordinate and present treatment plans.
• Educate patients about recommended periodontal treatment.
• Discuss treatment costs, insurance benefits, and payment options.
• Assist patients with third-party financing.
• Help patients make informed decisions about their care.
• Communicate with insurance companies and help maximize patient benefits.
• Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment.
• Maintain accurate records and financial information.
• Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Dental  Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
• Radiology License (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (REQUIRED)
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. (REQUIRED)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work independently. (REQUIRED)
