Operator (Manufacturing/Plant Operations)
Shift: Monday - Saturday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Pay: $20 - $23 DOE
Core Responsibilities- Manufacture water-treatment products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Read, understand, and follow detailed process procedures.
- Maintain accurate production, inventory, and equipment records.
- Monitor and maintain in-stock inventory levels.
- Load and unload:
- Tankers
- Bulk tanks
- IBC totes
- Drums
- Buckets
- Support all production and shipping activities.
- Complete daily checklists and equipment logs.
- Maintain organized work areas using 5S principles.
- Follow all plant safety requirements and quality standards.
- Operation of:
- Pumps
- Valves
- Mix tanks
- Injection systems
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of:
- Pumps
- Motors
- Valves
- Production equipment
- Inventory control and documentation.
- Material handling and shipping/receiving operations.
Key Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, chemical processing, water treatment, or industrial operations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures precisely.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality control.
- Recordkeeping and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift and warehouse experience (often preferred in similar roles).
- Mechanical aptitude and equipment maintenance experience.
