Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license required
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Comfortable providing both in-person and teletherapy services, if needed
• Organization and communication skills to document and report on progress

• Deliver a full range of SLP services to students, including assessments, therapy, and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators and family members to enhance student outcomes
• Engage in team meetings and professional development, supported by advisory staff
• Provide both direct therapy and consultative indirect services
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by local and federal guidelines
