Warranty Representative

As a Warranty Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with warranty claims and product issues. Your role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently managing warranty processes, verifying claim validity, and coordinating with internal departments and external. You will analyze warranty requests, provide clear communication regarding coverage and resolution timelines, and maintain accurate records of all interactions. This position requires a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure a high level of customer service is always provided
• Addresses customer needs in a polite and respectful manner by phone
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries/customers calls
• Communicate thoroughly with customers, vendors, and employees through various channels
• Communicate internally with counter personnel and sales team
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Process orders, forms, applications, and request
• Document transactions and notes
• Provide insight on customer feedback from customer experience
• Inspect worn, damaged, or defective parts to determine replacement
• Maintain general understanding of part or fixture, through continued training
• Find solution for customer orders through substitution or modification of product when exact product is not available
• Perform other various duties, as outlined by supervisor

Qualifications and Physical Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment and random drug screenings
• 1+ years of related experience
• Ability to listen, talk and communicate effectively through various of channels
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Human relations skills; oral and written communication skills
