Join with us as we add to our team of exceptional individuals who will help us take over the world — one mattress at a time.Compensation: $21.75Job DescriptionEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure mix equipment is running at peak efficienciesFollow all production and machine protocols putting safety above all elseHandle equipment starting and stopping activities during each designated shiftLoad and unload items from machines and dolliesEnsure that all processes are followed in accordance with company protocolMake sure that appropriate safety measures are considered at every step of the production processInspect product and record data at appropriate steps of the production cycleMake sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shiftResponsible for proper labelling and packaging of finished itemsAssist Engineering and Maintenance in troubleshooting issuesRequired Skills, Education, Experience:Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to train as well as lead. Someone with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levelsStrong computer skills; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environmentPhysical Requirements:Physical activities may occasionally include:Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions.Physical activities may constantly include:Communicating with others to exchange information.Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.Environmental Conditions may occasionally include:Noisy open office environmentWork Hours (Good Faith Estimate): This full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week.
