Mechanical Assembler II - 2nd Shift

Position Summary Date posted: 2026-05-27. Location: US-MN-BURNSVILLE-WEST. Shift: 2nd Shift Monday‑Thursday, 3:00PM–1:30AM. Salary range: $38,841–$72,849. Eligible candidates: U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or other status defined by 22U.S.C. §120.62). Position type: Onsite. Security Clearance: None/Not Required. What You Will Do Follow technical specifications and detailed assembly instructions to produce a consistent, high‑quality product. Take ownership for accuracy of processes and resulting costs. Accurately read and follow procedures, routing, and other work instructions. Focus on building parts that meet customer expectations and deadlines, and own the quality of your work. Participate in LEAN initiatives, cost reduction, scrap reduction, and process improvement. Effectively plan and prioritize work to meet production schedules. Maintain continuing education, upskilling, and special process certification requirements. Develop subject‑matter expert knowledge of the end use for completed products and the customers that purchase them. Champion safety and comply with all safety protocols, including hazardous waste disposal programs and daily 5S and cleaning. Mentor and assist in the development of less experienced assemblers, sharing knowledge and best practices. Collaborate with other functional groups to update, inform, acknowledge, or resolve problems related to business issues. Communicate complex technical terminology orally and in writing. Qualifications You Must Have HS diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined by 22U.S.C. §120.62.
