The Operation Manager has operational accountability for their assigned account; they must manage and train their team and inspect the building regularly to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Shift(s):

Monday -Thursday (3:30pm-12:30am) and Friday -(12:30pm to 9:30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety program implementation and compliance
• Complete all online management and leadership training and development
• Train and deploy a capable work force
• Conduct periodic quality audits within the facility and address any deficiencies immediately
• Ensure all contracted work and cleaning expectations are achieved consistently
• Be able to adjust to changing customer’s needs
• Must be willing to be hands on in all areas of the contract.
• Perform other assigned duties to support operation.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of previous experience as a supervisor in a janitorial or housekeeping services role
• Knowledge about floor care work (stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, etc., and floor machines)
• The ability to perform at the highest level with minimum supervision
• Ability to communicate with all levels
• Exceptional decision making, problem solving and people skills
