Account Development Specialist (Korean / English bilingual)

Location: Cartersville ~ Kingston, GA (Bartow County) Job Title / Position: Account Development Specialist (Bartow County) Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Development Specialist to lead our growth efforts in the Bartow County area. This is a high-impact, hybrid role that combines strategic Account Development (Sales) with Onsite Workforce Management. You will be the face of our company, navigating the booming manufacturing landscape in Cartersville and Kingston. Your primary mission is to build and cultivate strong partnerships with key industrial players (such as Hanwha Qcells, HSAGP, LX Hausys, and more) while ensuring our onsite operations run seamlessly. This role is ideal for a "feet-on-the-street" professional who thrives on building relationships on the plant floor and in the boardroom. Responsibilities 1. Strategic Account Development & Sales Identify & Cultivate: Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities within the Bartow County manufacturing sector. Client Engagement: Conduct regular plant visits, schedule face‑to‑face meetings with key stakeholders, and navigate production environments to identify staffing needs. Network Expansion: Leverage industry knowledge (especially within the Korean‑American manufacturing ecosystem) to establish long‑term partnerships. Market Analysis: Stay updated on new plant openings and expansions (e.g., Hyundai‑affiliated suppliers, Hanwha expansions) to stay ahead of competitors. 2. Onsite Operations & Workforce Management Onsite Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for client supervisors to ensure staffing levels meet production demands. Employee Relations: Oversee the lifecycle of temporary staff, including daily check‑ins, performance monitoring, and addressing on‑site issues. Safety & Compliance: Conduct on‑site safety walkthroughs and ensure all employees adhere to client‑specific safety protocols. 3. Administrative Oversight Reporting: Maintain accurate records of account growth, headcount, and productivity metrics. Coordination: Work closely with the internal recruiting team to communicate client requirements and ensure a high‑quality talent pipeline. Qualifications Experience: 1‑3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Staffing. Highly prefer experience working within or with major Korean corporations (e.g., Hanwha, Hyundai, SK) is highly preferred. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and the unique needs of Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers. Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both Korean and English is strongly preferred to effectively communicate with corporate leadership and local workforces. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the "grit" to handle field‑based sales and plant‑floor management. Mobility: Ability to travel locally within Bartow County and comfortably navigate manufacturing/construction site environments.
