Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance and enhance service delivery.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to expand program reach and secure potential funding sources.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems and state agencies, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

• Develop and uphold open lines of communication to meet contract standards and promote the mission of the Sierra Vista Counseling Center within the community.

• Commit to ongoing personal and professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and participating in statewide committees related to mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other mood-related issues. You will provide therapeutic interventions tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring that effective treatment plans promote independence and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is required.

• Must hold one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
