Customer Service Representative Bilingual Spanish Preferred

Location: 13520 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH 44112 Position Overview Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers. They are the “face” of PLS and are accountable for delivering superior customer service, educating customers on our products and services, and maintaining company quality standards and compliance with all policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities Providing outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business Educating customers on products and services Ensuring all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Following company policies and procedures Maintaining a balanced cash drawer Completing all transactions accurately, including cash handling Using point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions Resolving customer complaints or referring complaints to the Store Manager for resolution Helping to maintain a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members Performing other duties as instructed by management Job Requirements Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant preferred Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers Strong verbal communication Ability to offer products and services based on customer needs Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task Professional appearance and demeanor Honest with integrity Flexible hours, including early morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays English fluency required English/Spanish bilingual is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 15 lbs with little assistance Work in restrictive spaces and maintain concentration in a busy environment with moderate to high noise levels Benefits Benefits for eligible team members include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, opportunities for advancement, and ongoing training.
