This position will also act as a liaison between the company and the community of residents, by addressing resident issues and build a relation with their assigned property’s community./span/p p class="msonormal" style="margin-bottom:0px;line-height:normal"b class="" style=""span class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Essential Functions/span/b/p ul style="list-style-type: disc; margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:42px;text-indent:-18px; line-height:normal;"span class="" style="font-family:Symbol;"/spanspan class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Provides park rules, and other community literature to new residents./span/lili class=" msolistparagraphcxspmiddle " style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px; margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:42px;text-indent:-18px; line-height:normal;"span class="" style="font-family:Symbol;"/spanspan class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Issues notices including, but not limited to Late Notices, Balance Notices or other legally required notices./span/lili class=" msolistparagraphcxspmiddle " style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px; margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:42px;text-indent:-18px; line-height:normal;"span class="" style="font-family:Symbol;"/spanspan class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Prepare court documents, agent for court, file eviction papers and oversee eviction proceedings for delinquent accounts. /span/lili class=" msolistparagraphcxspmiddle " style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px; margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:42px;text-indent:-18px; line-height:normal;"span class="" style="font-family:Symbol;"/spanspan class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Enforce park rules, issue violations, and ensure violations are remedied in a timely manner./span/lili class=" msolistparagraphcxspmiddle " style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px; margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:42px;text-indent:-18px; line-height:normal;"span class="" style="font-family:Symbol;"/spanspan class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Complete and upload all prospect cards and information into Rent Manager /span/lili class=" msolistparagraphcxspmiddle " style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px; margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:42px;text-indent:-18px; line-height:normal;"span class="" style="font-family:Symbol;"/spanspan class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Follow up with prospective clients via phone and email. /span/lili class=" msolistparagraphcxspmiddle " style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px; margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:42px;text-indent:-18px; line-height:normal;"span class="" style="font-family:Symbol;"/spanspan class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Process tenant applications and enter prospect information into tracking system./span/lili class=" msolistparagraphcxspmiddle " style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px; margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:42px;text-indent:-18px; line-height:normal;"span class="" style="font-family:Symbol;"/spanspan class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Run background checks on new residents. /span/lili class=" msolistparagraphcxspmiddle " style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px; margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:42px;text-indent:-18px; line-height:normal;"span class="" style="font-family:Symbol;"/spanspan class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Show prospective residents’ homes available for sale./span/lili class=" msolistparagraphcxspmiddle " style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px; margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:42px;text-indent:-18px; line-height:normal;"span class="" style="font-family:Symbol;"/spanspan class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Address resident issues, record resident comments and seek to settle all non-monetary issues./span/lili class=" msolistparagraphcxspmiddle " style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px; margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:42px;text-indent:-18px; line-height:normal;"span class="" style="font-family:Symbol;"/spanspan class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Keep Regional Manager apprised of appropriate resident relations information./span/lili class=" msolistparagraphcxspmiddle " style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px; margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:42px;text-indent:-18px; line-height:normal;"span class="" style="font-family:Symbol;"/spanspan class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Provide feedback and recommend improvements to assigned community./span/lili class=" msolistparagraphcxspmiddle " style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px; margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:42px;text-indent:-18px; line-height:normal;"span class="" style="font-family:Symbol;"/spanspan class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Act as the onsite contact for most 3rd party contractors, and applicants/span/lili class=" msolistparagraphcxspmiddle " style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px; margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:42px;text-indent:-18px; line-height:normal;"span class="" style="font-family:Symbol;"/spanspan class="" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"Oversee maintenance function and ensure the park is adequately maintained by ensuring all park infrastructure, common area, and homes are well maintained./span/lili class=" msolistparagraphcxsplast " style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;
