Community Manager – Philadelphia, PA

CRM Residential | Full-Time | Exempt/Salaried

CRM Residential is seeking an experienced and motivatedCommunity Managerto lead a residential community inPhiladelphia, PA. This role is responsible for the overall financial, operational, leasing, maintenance, and team performance of the property.

As Community Manager, you’ll lead the on-site team, create a positive resident experience, maintain strong property performance, and ensure the community is operated efficiently and professionally.

What You’ll Do

Lead, train, and motivate the property team
Drive occupancy through leasing, marketing, and resident retention
Oversee rent collections, budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
Maintain strong resident relations and excellent customer service
Monitor maintenance operations, unit turns, curb appeal, and vendor performance
Conduct property inspections and address operational or safety concerns
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing requirements and applicable housing programs
Partner with the Regional Manager to achieve property goals
Maintain accurate records using RealPage OneSite

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of property management or related management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Experience with budgets, financial reports, vendors, and maintenance operations
RealPage OneSite experience preferred
College degree preferred, but not required
Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required
