Regional Sales Manager – Florida Remote / Field‑Based | Eligible for Sales Incentive Plan We’re seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships across a defined geographic territory. This remote, field‑based role is instrumental in expanding our footprint with dealers, integrators and end‑users while championing our full suite of security solutions. You’ll play a key role in achieving sales targets, launching new products and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic account management. Key Responsibilities Drive Regional Growth: Cultivate new business through trade shows, prospecting and strategic partnerships with dealers, integrators and distributors. Customer Engagement: Deliver compelling sales presentations, uncover customer needs and position our solutions to solve real‑world challenges. Channel Development: Strengthen relationships across direct and indirect sales channels to maximize market reach. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new vertical markets and collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions for emerging opportunities. Training & Enablement: Educate partners on product strategies, market trends and sales techniques to boost performance. Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, relaying market insights and technical needs to internal teams to enhance product offerings. Technical Collaboration: Partner with support teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless customer experiences. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in security/technical sales and management. Proven success in B2B sales with strong presentation and communication skills. Deep understanding of security technologies, including cloud‑hosted and on‑premises surveillance and access control solutions. Experience selling SaaS and navigating complex sales cycles. Willingness to travel extensively (50–60%) and work on classified projects requiring clearance. Comfortable handling confidential information and engaging with high‑level stakeholders.
