Estimator II

Virtual Vocations Inc

Managing estimating responsibilities for designated territories across the United States and Canada, the full-time Estimator II will develop accurate material takeoffs using OST and/or Bluebeam Revu, calculate pricing through Excel-based configurators, and generate formal quotations and budget proposals within the ERP system. Key responsibilities Strategically evaluates and prioritizes bidding opportunities to maximize impact and efficiency Prepares formal bids and quotations with accuracy and timeliness using the company's ERP system Collaborates closely with Independent Manufacturer's Representatives, Architectural Solution Managers, and other stakeholders to produce comprehensive project estimates Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or a related field preferred 5-10 years of estimating experience in the Construction or Building Products Industry required Proficiency in On-screen Takeoff and/or Bluebeam Revu Strong understanding of the full product portfolio, particularly modified products Experience in gathering competitive intelligence and analyzing market share
