In this role, you'll be the key player in shaping our clients' insurance journey, handling a wide range of policies including auto, home, and umbrella. Your expertise and personalized approach will ensure our clients receive tailored solutions and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities Manage and review clients' insurance needs, offering advice and solutions for auto, home, and umbrella. Provide guidance throughout the insurance process, from policy selection to claims management. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with precision, timeliness, and care. Work closely with insurance carriers to secure the best possible coverage and rates for clients. Handle policy renewals, adjustments, and inquiries efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a understanding of various coverage types and industry regulations. Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a positive client experience. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
