This role reports to the Manager of Workplace Services and is based at Smartsheet headquarters in Bellevue, WA.

You Will:

• Support meeting services, including catering order fulfillment, conference room scheduling, and meeting setups and breakdowns as required.
• Provide regular daily coverage for the Front Office during breaks, lunches and as otherwise needed.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in shared spaces and storage areas.
• Manage supply inventories and place necessary orders.
• Assist in planning and supporting various office events.
• Coordinate facility repair, maintenance, and daily operations for assigned office space.
• Be a knowledgeable and helpful resource for our employee base and direct team, providing an outstanding employee experience in all interactions.
• Review calendars daily and solve conflicts, provide assistance for last minute meeting requests.
• Additional executive and office support as needed.

You Have:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• A passion for customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to interact at all levels with internal and external clients in a professional, thoughtful manner
• Well-organized, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and provide high-level of accuracy
• Ability to work well both as member of a team and independently
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
• Ability to move throughout the facility (standing, walking, kneeling, or bending) for extended periods of time and ability to lift boxes or equipment up to 50 lbs. as needed

Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.

US Base Salary Pay Range

$23 - $29 USD
