Job Overview A law firm seeks a Bankruptcy Associate to join its Insolvency and Financial Law Group in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in bankruptcy and restructuring, with a focus on litigation. Duties Support the Insolvency and Financial Law Group with bankruptcy and restructuring cases. Engage in bankruptcy litigation, including preference defense. Collaborate with secured lenders, landlords, and other financial entities. Requirements 1-2 years of bankruptcy and restructuring experience. Licensed to practice law in California. Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Experience in bankruptcy litigation preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. California Bar admission. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Benefits Unlimited paid time off (PTO). 401(k) retirement plan.
