Your New Role Based in Woodstock, GA Review and process vendor invoices and credit card charges accurately and on time Match purchase orders to invoices and resolve discrepancies before processing Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records Communicate with vendors to resolve outstanding balances and billing issues Respond to vendor inquiries with professionalism and urgency Set up and maintain vendor accounts and recordsHandle rent collection communication for company-owned properties Support the accounting team with additional duties as needed Hiring Expectations Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and prepare for an interview to discuss your experience and goals.
