SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Consultant

The scope of work for this task order is listed below:

• Gain an understanding of our SAP implementation and business processes for each module/focus area listed below by conducting meetings with our business stakeholders, reviewing prior studies and documents, and accessing our current SAP test environments.

• Assist our ERP team Execute all SAP provisioned S/4 HANA readiness checks.

• Educate our business stakeholders on gaps between current functionality and SAP S/4 HANA functionality.

• Work with our business stakeholders to formalize business requirements considering their desired to-be state, current processes, and gaps identified to achieve a “clean core.”

o Business requirements should be clear, feasible, traceable, testable, and complete.

o List enhancements and high-level plans for them.

o Compile a list of parallel initiatives in the module that may impact the SAP S/4 HANA implementation downstream.

• Prepare and deliver an approved business requirements matrix for each of the module/focus areas.

The study must include, but not be limited to, the following level zero (0) modules and their sub-modules, cloud applications, focus areas, and the final matrix will have a separate section for each.
