Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Transplant to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post-operative care to liver, kidney, pancreas, and intestinal transplant patients.
• Administer critical care, including drip management, on all designated floors.
• Float to different units as needed, including potentially to Bellevue campus.
• Collaborate with care teams including LPNs, CNAs, and support staff.
• Maintain compliance with all facility protocols and procedures.
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday schedules as required.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Nebraska or compact state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
• Experience with EPIC charting system required.
• Capability to manage cardiac and vasoactive drips.
• Preparation to float to multiple units as needed.
