Location: Myerstown, PA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Admissions Director to oversee the admissions process for our skilled nursing facility in Myerstown, PA . This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and well-coordinated admission experience for residents and their families.

• Coordinate admissions between the external liaison and internal department heads

• Complete admission paperwork with patients and families in a timely and professional manner

• Secure insurance authorizations prior to admission

• Ensure required equipment and medications are in place for new admissions

• Provide tours to prospective residents and families

• Assign resident rooms and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness

• Ensure a smooth transition and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the admission process

• Scan completed admission documentation into PCC

• Assist with community outreach, marketing events, and referral relationship building

• Support reputation management efforts, including gathering testimonials and positive online reviews

• Post content to facility social media platforms as needed

• Minimum of two (2) years of admissions experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• Customer service-focused with a professional and compassionate approach

• Experience with PCC and insurance authorization processes preferred
