Interim Senior Accountant
Our client, a technology-enabled services company, is seeking an Interim Senior Accountant to support its accounting team during a period of growth and operational transformation. 

The position is fully remote and will have a duration of 3+ months. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy
• Analyze financial results and explain account fluctuations and variances
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and related reporting processes
• Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation as needed
• Partner with team members to improve accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial analysis
• NetSuite experience and strong Excel skills
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
