Job Full Description Our client in Jersey City is in need of an Accounts Payable Clerk. Duties include managing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, and keeping accurate records Duties include:
- matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts
- uploading invoices into accounting system
- prepare and process electronic transfer and payments
- communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues
- monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- close out month end activities Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS office suite and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail
- 2+ years experience in Accounts Payable. Jersey City, NJ
