Groundskeeper

Job description:


Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices nationwide. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper/Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and health of outdoor spaces.


Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn care, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
• Trim hedges, trees, and shrubs.
• Plant and maintain flowers, trees, and other greenery.
• Remove weeds, debris, and trash from grounds.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
• Assist with seasonal tasks (e.g., snow removal, leaf raking).

Requirements:

• Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and maintenance.
• Physical stamina and strength.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
