As an Online Live Chat Representative, you will assist customers by answering questions, providing information about products and services, resolving basic inquiries, and ensuring every interaction delivers a positive customer experience. No prior live chat experience is requiredwe provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, cashier, retail, or clerical experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and typing skills.
