## Vice President, PricingApplylocations: Atlanta-GA-UStime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R26003023**Preferred Qualifications*** Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.* 10+ years strategic pricing experience with planning and delivery in both a direct and channel-sales centric environment.**Job Summary**Leads the execution of pricing plans across all areas of the organization while overseeing the expansion and improvement of pricing capabilities and best-in-class processes. Manages the execution of the strategic pricing roadmap in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities*** Ensures efficient development and execution of pricing plans while driving enhancements across pricing practices, incorporating new data sources, and ensuring the most efficient and accurate processes are in place.* Develops and maintains a strategic roadmap for pricing initiatives in partnership with internal stakeholders, including efforts to advance and automate the price-setting process, pricing segmentation, annual financial planning, and tools and template development for the pricing team.* Acts as a thought leader for pricing strategy, tools, and process improvements.* Ensures execution of strategic pricing initiatives, including pricing sophistication, competitive pricing analysis, and pricing segmentation, while coordinating with pricing leaders and other areas as appropriate.* Drives discounting and rebate strategies and new product monetization approaches through pricing strategy and market insights, while facilitating pricing discussions with the leadership team.* Leads leaders and teams to include staffing model design, development, and performance management while identifying and driving operational efficiencies.**Nature and Scope*** Problems are complex and difficult. Solutions require complicated, extensive analysis and detailed investigation.* Sets or changes the operational plans/goals of an area/business.* Leads major business processes or support functions to execute company strategies.**Work Environment*** Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.* Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.**Education and Experience*** Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
