Full-time Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator) – Rancho Park Veterinary Clinic PetVet Care Centers’ Rancho Park Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team. Position Overview: Perform a range of administrative and customer‑service tasks, supporting the hospital’s day‑to‑day operations. The role is closely aligned with Veterinary Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Client Care Specialist positions. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service in‑person, over the phone, and during high‑stress situations. Manage lobby flow, address concerns, calm distressed owners, and schedule appointments. Handle basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety and well‑being. Assist with medication pickups, inquiries, and provide information about services and products. Input and manage data in practice management software, including billing and accounts. Assist with retail sales, weigh pets, process faxes, and maintain records. Reconcile cash drawer and perform end‑of‑day duties for accurate financial transactions. Qualifications Two or more years of experience in the veterinary field. Spanish speaker. Schedule and Pay Range Full‑time. Pay Range: $18.42 — $22.50 USD.
