Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Job Title:Oracle HCM Technical Consultant Remote role Long Term Note:The work will support both the initial Core HCM implementation and subsequent migrations, integrations, configurations, testing, and go-live activities. Resources supporting the program will require Public Trust Moderate Risk eligibility or higher, and work will be performed within the continental United States. Some travel may be required depending on the team and we will have that info before each hire. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, integrations, data migration, reporting, and technical solution delivery. The candidate will support end-to-end implementation, integration, deployment, and post-go-live support activities within a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud HCM technical solutions.
- Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, HSDL, and BI Publisher.
- Lead data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, ETL processes, validation, and reconciliation.
- Develop inbound/outbound interfaces with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Support system interoperability, API development, and enterprise integration frameworks.
- Execute system integration testing, performance testing, release validation, and defect resolution.
- Support production deployments, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
- Ensure compliance with Federal security standards, ATO requirements, NIST 800-53 controls, Identity & Access Management, and privacy regulations.
- Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 production support and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oracle Cloud HCM technical implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in OIC, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, and APIs.
- Experience with data migration, ETL tools, and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of security roles, identity management, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in SIT, UAT support, deployment, and production support.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
