VP of Cardiovascular Services, RN

Lead high?impact programs-including LVAD and Heart Transplant-in a nationally recognized organization expanding its reach and redefining heart and vascular excellence.



Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 a year (based on experience)



Scheduled : Monday - Friday, regular business hours

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead cardiovascular service line strategy and operations across inpatient and ambulatory programs, including advanced services such as LVAD and Heart Transplant
  
  
• Drive growth, financial performance, and clinical integration through physician partnerships, budgeting oversight, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• 10+ years of progressive executive leadership experience within acute care hospital or integrated health system
• Experience overseeing advanced cardiovascular programs including LVAD and Heart Transplant Services
