Our Client seeks a Sales Associate – Steel & New Business based in Houston, TX. Work Type: W2, Full‑Time. Work Arrangement: Onsite only. Expected start: Around July 2026. The role focuses on developing new accounts in the steel industry and supporting expansion into broader industrial business opportunities in the Houston market. Responsibilities Develop new accounts in the steel industry. Support expansion into broader industrial business opportunities in the Houston market, including energy, oil & gas, EPC projects, and infrastructure‑related sectors. Build business from the ground up in a new branch office. Work independently in a new branch office environment. Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (required). 3–5 years of experience in steel sales (preferred). Experience in trading, import/export, steel distribution, service center business, energy‑related business, or industrial sales (preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills (preferred). Ability to work independently in a new branch office environment (preferred). Highly motivated, responsible, detail‑oriented, and willing to develop new markets (preferred). Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (preferred). Korean language ability is strongly preferred (preferred). Candidate does not need to be Korean; strong English communication skills are the top priority.
