Recruiter

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and support ongoing talent acquisition. In this role, you will use full-cycle recruiting experience to manage hiring from requisition opening through close. The position covers both technical and non-technical hiring, with a strong focus on sourcing talent for Supply Chain and Operations across the US and APAC. You will own the end-to-end hiring process: partner with hiring managers to define needs, source and assess candidates, manage communications, and track recruitment metrics. You will also help strengthen the company’s employer brand, represent Supermicro at job fairs, and contribute to talent acquisition strategy. This role is based at our headquarters in San Jose, CA, and is on-site. This is a contract-to-hire position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Source and build candidate pipelines for open positions, with particular focus on Supply Chain and Operations roles. Coordinate phone screens and on-site interviews, facilitate the interview process, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience Lead and support all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and planning (social media and other channels), screening, interviewing, pre-selection, candidate management, and offer management Partner with hiring managers and business leaders; proactively identify and recruit passive candidates and build long-term talent relationships Use a mix of sourcing strategies—employer branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, employee referrals, social media, networking, and job fairs to deliver qualified candidates in a cost-effective way Provide a consistent, professional candidate experience through clear communication and relationship building Coach hiring managers and interview teams on capability- and competency-based assessments Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring forecasts, priorities, and timelines, and fill roles promptly Set and drive hiring goals (quarterly and annual), including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, university hiring, and diversity objectives Track recruitment KPIs such as time to hire, time to fill, and source of hire Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology industry, EMS, and/or a staffing firm Willingness to support cross-regional recruiting and partner closely with APAC business units Experience sourcing and recruiting for a hardware manufacturing company is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to source, engage, and convert passive candidates Strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once Knowledge of recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritize competing tasks, and work efficiently under pressure with limited supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr Supermicro
