This unpaid internship program is designed to provide college students with practical insights into the real estate industry while offering opportunities for professional growth and development. Responsibilities Embrace and promote the Atlas Culture and Values, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Assist team members with day-to-day operations Shadow experienced team members in different departments to gain exposure to various aspects of property management, finance, and real estate sales. Collaborate with mentors to set goals and receive feedback on performance and projects. Contribute to team projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Attend company events, meetups, and training sessions to expand your knowledge and network within the industry. Strong interest in real estate and property management. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
