A prominent multispecialty litigation law firm seeks an Entry Level paralegal to support Sr-level Litigation Paralegals and Attorneys, to join the team!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting. Litigation experience is highly preferred.
- Experience summarizing medical records and placing in chronological order.
- Experience monitoring deadlines, process case mail;
- Draft discovery for litigation;
- Draft correspondence;
- Experience scheduling of depositions/ etc....
- A Bachelor degree, Associates and/or paralegal certificate is required;
- Experienced insurance defense litigation legal assistants are urged to apply;
- Experience Plaintiff's paralegals are urged to apply;
- Experience with dictation;
- Case management software experience;
- MUST have the ability to review, organize and control related documents;
- Highly proficient with computer technology;
- Teachable with excellent time management skills;
- Excellent TYPING skills and dictation experience;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Knowledge time billing software;
- Solid work history;
