We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong investment operations experience to support process design, data mapping, and platform modernization initiatives. This role partners across business, operations, and technology teams to analyze workflows, improve processes, and help align systems with evolving business needs.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and contributing to enterprise transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and improve investment operations and portfolio management workflowsDocument current-state and future-state business processesTranslate operational requirements into system and data specificationsPartner with stakeholders across investment, operations, and technology teamsSupport platform and process modernization initiativesAssist with business process modeling and optimization effortsIdentify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and data quality improvementsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar roleBackground supporting investment operations, financial systems, or data platformsStrong process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation skillsExperience working cross-functionally with both business and technical teamsAbility to analyze complex workflows and propose practical solutionsPreferred ExperienceExperience working with investment platforms such as SimCorp, Aladdin, Charles River, Advent, Eagle, or similarExperience in asset management, pension, or capital markets environmentsFamiliarity with business process modeling tools or enterprise architecture platformsConsulting or transformation project experienceInvestment certifications (CFA or similar)
