Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide consultation services in creating pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, medication treatment plans, and risk assessments.

• Ensure all documentation is completed promptly and adheres to regulatory standards, guaranteeing compliance and continuity of care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as determined by the clinical team to accurately assess client needs and monitor progress.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored for each client.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating commitment to maintaining high-quality care.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance client services and support collaboration.
\n
• Facilitate open communication with all stakeholders to align with contract standards while furthering the mission of community support.

• Establish and maintain relationships with various agencies to promote programs, seek partnerships, and identify funding opportunities.

• Pursue professional development opportunities by attending workshops, conferences, and statewide tasks forces relevant to mental health practices.

• Support and promote the agency's mission and values, integrating them into daily practice.
\n
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall function of the clinic.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
