Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients to establish and pursue personalized treatment goals through individual or group therapy sessions.

• Administer preventive therapy aimed at enhancing the individuals' coping skills and resilience against potential mental health challenges.

• Design, implement, and regularly review customized treatment plans based on each client's unique needs and progress.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a network of healthcare providers and placement agencies to ensure client-centered care.

• Complete all documentation promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational requirements.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while documenting session notes that reflect therapeutic progress and client engagement.

• Participate in regular staff meetings to foster teamwork, share insights, and contribute to organizational improvements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients from various backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will help these clients develop effective strategies to navigate their mental health journeys, empowering them to achieve stable and fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role.
\n
• In-depth knowledge and familiarity with community mental health resources and support services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive yearly salary between USD 70,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials. We also provide:
